Don’t let a Type 2 or Pre-Diabetes
diagnosis weigh you down.
Special Price: $47 (normally $97)
By popular demand, I'm running this workshop again in April.
Register now, and let's work on those important first steps to making permanent lifestyle changes.
Have you been sitting on the sidelines,
waiting for the right time to take control of your health?
Are you getting down on yourself from your lack of action
to make the necessary changes to reverse your disease?
Reality check: there is no “right time” or “better time” - there is only now.
Time will pass anyway.
Life events will continue to occur. They cannot be an “excuse” for putting off the start of your health journey.
If you have Type 2 Diabetes, or Pre-Diabetes, your disease will progress unless you make changes to your nutrition and lifestyle. That is a fact.
Is this you?
Are you feeling:
Overwhelmed – don’t know where or how to start?
Fearful – what if you fail?
Alone – does anyone else understand what you are going through?
Physically and emotionally exhausted - sick and tired of being sick and tired?
Stop the progress of this disease, and instead:
Devise and implement a realistic and sustainable plan.
Face and overcome your fears with reframing, and by shifting your mindset.
Join a community who will support you every step of the way.
Create lasting habits, and instill ongoing accountability.
Join me for my brand new “I Want to Break Free from a Life With Type 2 Diabetes” Workshop.
You will be amazed at what we can accomplish in 90 minutes.
Together, we will:
Identify life imbalances – so that you can correct what is making you sick and unhappy.
Assess your readiness for change – so that you can address your fears and concerns.
Determine your top 1-2 health goals – so that you can focus in on what is most important.
Explore what “health” means for YOU – so that you can set clear and realistic goals and imagine what life will be like being disease free.
If you find yourself imagining how your life would be different if you achieved your health goals, but don’t know how to get started, or just keep procrastinating, then this workshop is for you!
