Meet Coach Ingrid

Ingrid Dick is a dynamic and inspirational coach who helps women with metabolic and systemic inflammatory diseases, especially Type 2 Diabetes reverse their disease, and work towards living a life free of medications and debilitating symptoms.

 

Ingrid’s coaching, trainings and group programs focus on an integrative and holistic approach to healing through nutrition and lifestyle.

 

After overcoming and reversing her own life threatening metabolic and inflammatory conditions, including a rare type of auto immune disease (Inflammatory Bowel Disease), Type 2 Diabetes, and Insulin Resistance, Ingrid has an intimate understanding of the challenges women face when trying to gain control of their health.

Diseases of Modern Civilization

Today we face an overwhelming amount of misinformation about nutrition, diets, food origins and sources, and current pharmaceutical protocols for treating metabolic diseases. 

​

Sadly, here in the United States, 88% of the adult population are deemed metabolically unhealthy.

 

That's a staggering number of people who are dealing with either early stage metabolic dysfunction such as insulin resistance, or full blown disease, many of whom have no idea they are sick - until they have an acute medical emergency.

​

These diseases of civilization are conditions that our ancient ancestors never experienced. With the conveniences and also stressors of modern life, we are not living longer - rather we are dying slower.

 

Thanks to fast food, contaminated ingredients, chemicals, and other toxins, it's no wonder our health is suffering.
